The basic concept of this product can be described below steps :
- A consumed plate/dish (engraved with a QR Code on the body) will be scanned by the QR Code scanner inserted in Bin.
- Once the pre-loaded QR Code entry matches with the database on the server end, the bin approves the entry, and the plate is dropped in the bin.
- This plate shall be enlisted in the database and entry will be done,
- When a certain amount of plates ( preset by customer) is reached, Bin Full Indication will be shown and no more entry shall be done.
- An authorized Bin collector will then be able to access and take the used plates from the bin. The consumed plates shall then be reissues and consumed
- This process then can be repeated multiple times without wasting any more plastic
